Providing Safety and Hope for People with Mental Illness

Jubille Drop-In Center
The Jubilee Center is located at Park Avenue and North Court Street and is open 5 days a week to provide a safe, secure, social environment for adults living with mental illness. People come to the Center, become members, proudly carry their card and take pride and ownership in their Center. At weekly "town meetings" the members make decisions that impact the day to day operations. Members report that the Center feels like a home and that the other members and staff feel like their family. Members participate in clerical work, cleaning, cooking and shopping, crafts and socialization. Health services are offered on site by Janet Wattles Mental Health Center and Crusader Clinic.
